jamesHi, I am James. I love sports, from schooling time till now I have been doing from basketball to soccer to badminton to table tennis to tennis to swimming to cycling and running as well.  My first run was a 12km trail run organize by Solomon. Slowly going to 15km then to 21km and 42km. There was a time my improvement slowed down and until a point I hit plateau.

As I ran longer in distance slowly, I did an Ultra trail Marathon of 55km (The Most Beautiful Thing -TMBT). The run was fantastic, from the weather to the view. But Unfortunately I was injured at my inner ankle due to the long distance impact on my flat feet. I let my leg recover and I had to fix my flat feet to prevent more injuries in the future.

I have learned through the hard way, getting my self educated after things has gone wrong. Now i have got my self educated, became a Bootcamp instructor and owning a gym, here I would like to share how to run faster, getting PB and PB run after runs and without getting injured.
